Shift experts, please note:

*PCC:* planned configuration change,
when beam is masked while radiators are moved, DAQ (roc rebooting, 
restarting runs), RICH recovery, tests, ...  are PCC.
If more than 5 minutes, put a short comment in the BTA comment field.

*UED*: unplanned experiment down,
we use it for *hardware failure only*, eg the solenoid trips
