[Rgd-ana] [EXTERNAL] No RG-D Analysis Meeting Tomorrow, Dec. 21st

Dear Colleagues,

Due to the Holidays and the fact that I will be on a road trip starting
tomorrow, we won't meet this Thursday, Dec. 21st. We will reconvene our
RG-D analysis meeting in the new year with, hopefully, a new time. Please
fill out the When2meet poll below with your availability at your earliest
convenience. I made it with dates of the first week of January 2024, but if
the most voted date is Monday, Jan. 1st, we won't meet until next Monday,
Jan. 8th., in observance of the New Year's Day on Monday, Jan. 1st.

As a general update:

   1. The RG-D experiments successfully ended on the morning of Friday,
   Dec. 15th, at 7 AM. The last RC reports, including my latest report on the
   Hall B Monday meeting (attached), can be found on this RG-D analysis

   2. The RG-D end-of-run party is officially scheduled now for Friday,
   Mar. 15th at 2 PM in Resfac. I already spoke with Resfac to reserve the
   date, and other details will follow in the next couple of months, either by
   email or in person, once I meet some of you in IL/ANL.
   3. The processing of LD2 inbending Lumi scan runs with the RG-D AI
   network produced by Daniel is done, and Gagik is going to analyze these
   runs to extract the efficiency slopes.
   4. The next round of time calibration awaits the final iteration of DC
   alignment, which got slightly slowed down due to some CCDB issues. Matthew
   and Raffaella are meeting this afternoon to discuss the results and steps
   forward. Once that is done, I will follow up with calibration experts to
   check/redo their system calibration before launching the new cooking
   timelines, pass0v4.
   5. The discussion about the accumulated beam charge, livetime, and
   helicity calculations continues along with related cross-checks and
   debugging due to the fact that the Faraday Cup (FC) vacuum contamination
   issue and its corrupted info in RG-D datastream. Details about this work
   progress will be given at the first meeting in January 2024.
