[Sane-analysis] FF Paper Draft

Dear All,
Here I am attaching the FF paper for your review. Sorry for being late.

I thought to make it easy to see the changes I have done in the paper and therefore used colored texts for major changes.

The texts in ‘red” are to be removed. But did not do yet till you see the changes.
The texts in “green” are newly added.

I have re-arrange the Data analysis section and changed the rest accordingly. I tried to cutoff some details in the FF paper and refer to the NIM paper.

Need to do : 
1. Fig. 9 need to be updated.
2. I added the url for the references. Should I add the titles as well for the references ? Currently I do not.
