Hi All,
After significant hard work from everyone yesterday, especially Anu and
Zeke, I can happily report that the *UV layer 4 has been fully tested in
the test lab and shows no issues and is ready for installation in BB this
afternoon*.
Attached I have results from the pedestal tests. In "pedestal_1147" you can
see that all the APVs look reasonable, around 10 RMS. Also in
"common_mode_fluctuation" you can see the common mode is nicely stable,
with almost all APV at 15 RMS or less, and only a few at 15-19 RMS.
And finally in "clusters_1151" you can see the cosmic test results. All ADC
distributions look good. There are two dead sectors, which are already
known and were expected. Also on the right side we see a band of strips
missing. This is a known issue, as one of the APV connectors is partially
ripped off the readout board and there is nothing to be done to fix this.
Besides this there are a few more strips missing here or there, but nothing
significant to worry about.
Best,
Sean
