[Sbs_gems] [EXTERNAL] BB GEM Cosmic Test

Hi All,

We have taken a lot of cosmic data since installing the new UV layer in J0
place. I have attached the results below. These are low level plots with no
tracking, so there are a lot of weird features you do not need to worry
about. The most important plots are the hit maps on the last two pages. The
layer that we swapped is layer 1, and we see that everything is fine for
that one. Everything looks good except for one APV that is empty on UV
layer 2. This corresponds to one of the 3-slot backplanes which we have
just recents attached. The pedestal data looks normal for this APV in
question, so I was thinking it may be detached from the readout board. I
already went to the hall and checked that the APV is definitely attached
correctly, and the issue still persists. My next plan is to swap out the
APV and we will take more cosmic data.
