[Solid_ec] SoLID EC meeting at 10am tomorrow

Another idea is do 120 segmentation all in fan shape instead of 60 fan 
with two section.
Did we exclude that?

Either way, I think WLS fiber is a preferred way to readout so that we 
don't need worry about light propagation and PMT in field.

For realistic EC layout, I think the SPD inner radius needs to be around 
85cm and outer 240cm
So where exact the separation of the two sections exists is only an 
rough estimation. I don't think IHEP really needs it now.
