Dear Spencer,
So far they were happy with the overleaf we have. We will let you know if any changes is required.
Best regards,
Latifa

Hi Latifa:
If they are separate articles, should they be moved to separate Overleaf documents, so they can be submitted to Elseviers's Evise separately?

Dear Spencer,
We did similar thing recently with NIM for our CLAS12 detector where the papers were refered to as separate articles. But I will check on that. I will also consult with them on the preferred format. If there are any changes needed this will be the time to inplement them. I will keep you and everyone else informed.
Best regards,
Latifa

Hi Latifa:
This is indeed good news.
I have a question about the format. Will the proceedings be one single article, as in the current single-file Overleaf document, or will they be individual articles, as is more typically found in proceedings?
What about conversion to the preferred NIM latex format?

Dear Colleagues,
We received a very good news from NIM. They will publish our proceedings as a special issue with some additional introduction/executive summary that emphasizes the connection of the workshop to the EIC.
The proceedings are nearly complete, there are currently two contributions still missing or incomplete. However, in light of publishing this proceeding in NIM we like each lead author to review their contribution and expand on it as needed. https://www.overleaf.com/4393434864jkqkcqtvssfs<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/www.overleaf.com/4393434864jkqkcqtvssfs__;!!P4SdNyxKAPE!UsK1Q-hkgQsfM6gVp6scLy40mNWrkzZfepFbqbWc8WmG05tC_EZwInMxuIBJVEd8C_df$>
Then we will proceed with an internal peer review, which is required by NIM. The OC has decided on the way of doing the peer review. We like to ask each one of the speakers and OC members to review contribution(s) in which they are not participating and we came up with a pairing scheme as shown in the attached file. We have also created an overleaf where the reviews shoudl go, see the link below.

Here is the schedule for the preparation of the proceeding:
12/04/2020: Complete the contributions in the light of the proceeding publication
12/21/2020: Review complete
Please check the proposal for the internal review and let us know if you have any questions.
Best regards,
Latifa & Volker
