[BTeam] Morning Update

Beam is minutes away from the BSY dump.  Probably a few issues to fight 
through to get to CW OPS.   But expect to be in a position to optimized 
bunching by mid morning.   Tasks include:

 1. Optimizing bunching via 0L04 phase (Tief, Kazimi?, Spata?)
 2. bunch length measurement via Arc1 (Tief/Mahmoud)
 3. calibrate Arc1 SLM
 4. energy spread measurement via Arc1 SLM
 5. Setup for RTI commissioning
 6. Prepare for the weather event
