[Dcouncil] Message from Hugh Montgomery: Diversity & Inclusion Culture Survey - Error

We initially got the same feedback from the safety culture surveys, but 
since we have demonstrated that we don't try to single anyone person's 
thoughts out, the reaction has disappeared
