[Dsg-halla_gas] Meeting minutes and presentation

Hi All,

Here are the minutes from today's meeting and the gas distribution system procurement presentation that George gave in the meeting. I will set the next meeting in about a 3 to 4 weeks. That meeting will cover the gas panel design and location, updates on the flow read out system, and testing time line. In the interim I will send updates via this mailing list.
