[Dsg-rich] RICH part drawings to check before fabrication

Hello,

I and Sandro suggest to use the Yellow RAL 1016. It's a regular Yellow 
very similar to safety Yellow.
Regarding the Bob comments the drawings update is on going, however go 
on with the procurements because
we are speacking of not fundamental details.
