[Dsg-rich] would future RICH assemblies require an additional gas tank and panel?

Hi Tyler,
RICH #2 will come in few years from now, so we have plenty of time to 
discuss how to operate it in the EEL-124. But for sure we won't need 
such a huge cooling system.
On the other hand, we might need to flux nitrogen inside the RICH #1 
during the time between when the gas system is moved in Hall B and when 
the RICH installation in CLAS12 is completed.
This is something we should discuss and is connected we the assembly 
plan we are developing.
