[Dsg-rich] ECI status update for RICH mirrors - only 6 received & 2 coated mirrors ready for pick-up between today and tomorrow.

Good morning Tyler,

 

We only have the first shipment of 6 RICH spherical mirrors at ECI currently.  We have not received the second shipment of 4 RICH mirrors from CMA yet.

 

The first two mirrors are done coating and in final QA for review plus packaging.  We expect to have package/pallet details for you later today so you can arrange for the two mirrors pick-up.

 

We will contact you again with more information as soon as available.

Hello Barbara,

 

Could you confirm that you have received all ten of the RICH spherical mirrors?

 

Also, Marco Mirazita notified us that there was a delay in the first two mirrors' coating and they will be ready to ship to JLab later this week. Could you let us know how the mirrors will be packed so we can complete the shipping paperwork to be able to get them shipped as soon as possible?
