[Dsg-rich] reuse shoe covers for EEL 124 clean room

Hello MVT, RICH, and SVT collaborators, 

DSG was notified that there are no more shoe covers in the gowning room of EEL 124. 

Shoe covers can be used several times before needing to be thrown away. Please keep and store your own shoe covers until they are too dirty to wear into the clean room or they break. 

More shoe covers have now been put in the gowning room for use.
