[Dsg-rich] feedthrough for the sensors

Hello Marco, 

At Amrit's advise and avoid delays due to shipping, I have submitted a PR containing the parts for the temperature and humidity sensor feedthroughs.

The PR also contains the black rubber gaskets for the feedthroughs and all connectors and backshells for the feedthroughs.

I have no particular preference. If DSG, having in hand the hardware, 
has other better option, it is ok for me, but we have to take a choice 
quickly because we need to drill the holes in the RICH.
