[Dsg-rich] Schedule RICH stiffening tool load test

Hello Mark, 

We need to schedule a load test for the RICH stiffening tool that will be used to lift Hall B's RICH onto its transportation trolley. 

Bob Miller has stated we should contact you for the load test. 

Could we schedule the stiffening tool's load test for the morning of October 11, 2017?
