[dsg-hallb_rich] RICH II assembly OSP

Good Morning Patrizia,

The RICH II assembly OSP<https://misportal.jlab.org/mis/apps/mis_forms/operational_safety_procedure_form.cfm?entry_id=122990> has been reviewed by the SMEs  and is ready for final approval at the DSO, EHS&Q, and Hall B levels.

Final approval is need by either you or Ed for the DSO, Bert can sign for ESH&Q, and Stepan can sign for Hall B (also you or Thia could sign for Hall B as well).

Once signed I will have it printed and posted at the clean room.
