[dsg-hallb_rich] RICH hardware interlock screens updated on clascss

Hi,

Yesterday, the RICH hardware interlock system EPICS GUIs in clascss were updated. The updates are as follows:

1. Renamed RICH sectors to reflect their location on the Forward Carriage. The old RICH sector is now labeled as RICH Sector 4. The new RICH-2 sector is now labeled as RICH Sector 1.

2. The RICH Sector 1 (or RICH S1) screen was split into two screens, on for the Electronic Panel (EP) and one for the Nitrogen Volume and gas system. This is how the screens for RICH S4 are laid out.

3. Sensor location maps were added for the RICH S1 screens.

4. Interlock enable controls, limit set controls, and interlock status and latch indicators were removed from the RICH S1 screens for the EP humidity sensors, N2 volume humidity sensors, and N2 volume temperature sensors.

5. Humidity interlock controls were disabled on the RICH S4 EP and N2 volume screens. The controls are still on the GUI, but they cannot be enabled. This will prevent anyone from accidentally turning those humidity interlocks on and causing an HV/LV trip.

6. On the main interlock system overview screen, the RICH S4 cRIO statuses were combined into one section to better indicate that there are two total RICH sectors now.
