[dsg-hallb_rich] Summary of RICH sector 1 low voltage issues and path forward

Hello,

To sum up the issues with RICH low voltage and the path forward:

RICH Sector 1 low voltage group 26 has a fault.

This is causing four tiles (Tile 59, 64, 66, and 71) to not be powered, in turn causing the tiles scalers' to be zero. The high voltage for these tiles appears to be fine, though.

The source of the fault could be the low voltage module, a problem at the low voltage patch panel at the detector, or somewhere in the cabling.

The plan for tomorrow is to check as much cabling and connections as possible for the low voltage group to see if any issue can be found.

If needed, we will arrange to use the personnel lift to access the patch panels during a longer maintenance/downtime period.


Is there a time set for the low voltage investigation?
