Safety Survey, Steve
* latest results of the survey for Physics Division presented
* lots of text comments this time, survey around time of LERF
incidents and safety stand-down

Announcement, Eugene
* Thanks to all for completing their self-assessments
* report from Diversity and Inclusion Training
o team building an important aspect
* all-staff photo on Oct. 24
* all travel goes through Allison Lung for now
o do not make financial commitments (e. g., registration fees)
until travel is approved
* Prizes: Cynthia Hellman, Charles Perdrisat
* Hall B solenoid late, will not be energized for upcoming run
* No new news from accelerator, Nov. 9 still the start date
o Danfysik expert has been here, root cause of problem not known
Engineering, Tim
* fuse was blown on heater for vapor cooled lead, replaced
* no news on goniometer
DAQ, Sascha
* have been running cosmics overnight
* busy from F125s good at 100 kHz
* Problems:
1. baseline setting on F250, failure on initialization, intermittent
2. crate with start counter and pair spectrometer TDCs, DMA bus errors
3. optical links give problems once in a while
4. tagger crates have new firmware, 160 in trigger latency
recovered, but problem with DMA scalers not being recorded properly
5. flash125 reporting not-ready-for-readout, fixed by new firmware
from Cody Dickover
6. TOF1 crate is disassembled now to facilitate flash250 debugging
Production, Paul
* last reconstruction attempt: issue with FDC timing
* over weekend, did launch for calibrations
* Adesh contributed FCAL timing calibration code
* will do monitoring launch, then full ver03 reconstruction by end of week
Conferences
* for now: only invited talks at plenary sessions
