Anne / Kurt,
I just remembered another piece of information. Not sure where it belongs but we don't want to lose track.
Vital Records: A list maintained by Kim Kindrew. 4 sets of records we maintain locations for in their system. I have attached the current.

Hello Kurt
Attached is our list for the Project Services Group - we have included a few items that could end up being duplicated by others (better safe than sorry - can be easily deleted )
Please let us know if you need more information
Best wishes Anne

Anne,
Thank you for reaching out to your people. If you could compile Valerie's and Arron's things into one file It would be helpful to me. This would give me a file I can locate somewhere until I have a chance to blend this with others input. Although I could work with this a file would be easier for me. I worry about loosing track of piece meal emails.
Thank you
Kurt

Hi Kurt
For the CMM see Aarons information below . I was unclear whether emails like this are OK., or did you want us to be editing a documents
I hope to hear also from Valerie soon - I also asked her to consider the organizational knowledge that the Computer Scientist uses to build & maintain Pansophy . She had something for this topic a few years ago - I just don't recall where it ended up . We did this so that someone from IT could find Pansophy in case something bad ever happened to Valerie - of course now we have Megan so are in much better shape than we were a few years ago !
Christina may have similar files somewhere that only a Computer Scientist would understand
Will let you know when I hear from Valerie - I asked everyone to respond this week as our section is fairly short
Best - Anne

Hi Anne,
Your location shown in red is correct, a lot of procedures exist in the cmm folder. There a few exceptions where some books are on the cmm workbench like hand tools and cmm how to manuals.
Thank you,
Aaron

Subject: Organizational Knowledge
All,
Please see attached "Organizational Knowledge 29Jun2020" This will need the help and input from others but I'm asking for the leads to help carry this out.
I'm available on Teams or email for any questions or guidance you might have.
Action is requested by 22Jul2020.
