[Pansophy] Mircea: Test Plan travelers - please confirm version of traveler to be used

Mircea,

I apologize for not doing this sooner, however upon returning to looking I am confused to which traveler I am to begin with?
I have attached the 3 versions I have received, I was assuming the one dated 28 Aug 2023 should be used, but I want to confirm that with you.

I sent two travelers ( as docm - document macro ) before lunch. Found out that Microsoft do not accept these files... here you ahve the message I got:

I was not able to fix this issue and helpdesk at jlab.org<mailto:helpdesk at jlab.org> is not available.

Here you have the text for the first email:

Please review the two attached draft travelers for VTA test plans and VTA testing of particular cavities. Hope I capture all suggestions make in the previous meeting.  If during revision you find something  has to be added/changed, please save the file as docm (document macro to preserve Word template for Phansophy menu).
Suppose:

  1.  Once a project specific VTA test plan is approved, it will be saved in Docushare
  2.  The VTA cavity testing requirement part will refer to the approved test plan
  3.  The PI is supposed to open the testing traveler request for each cavity
  4.  The Cryo operator will make sure the Dewar is loaded and all requirements for cavity testing are fullfiled
  5.  The VTA operator will perform the RF power tests following the project specific RF testing procedure and will summarize the required qualification tests. For test details, suppose links to the respective VTA traveler can be provided. Have to talk with Val about.
  6.  If neutron are generated,  informative emails will be sent out.
  7.  I still have to add one page in VTA-CAV-TSReq for cryo test done in D1 and D2. Will need some help for that.

AND... my thought reading Peter's email:

FYI. My email sent with two attachements before lunch bouced off. Microsoft Outlook found some errors probably in the attached files.

In the mean time, I got Peter email, it has a pretty good proccedure explaining the intention of these test plans and test requirements (for a specific project/ cavity / cavities).

 I had the same approach in the TSReq traveler. By the way, Peter, your procedure do not mention anything about VTA tests done in D1 and D2.
Probably these should aalso be considered.

Hope this email will reach you, if not I have to contact the IT support.

P.S. Hope docx files are accepted. I think the attached traveler are pretty close to what Peters is suggesting in his Procedure on test plan.
