[PEPPo] Urgent request for information

Dear Joe,

On my side I will be available anytime for the experiment.
I think that we should push to have option a) or c). As you said we are
a small collaboration and we can not lost expertise on what ever side of
the experiment (I'm thinking about Erica, and may be other students).
Option b), due to smaller number of people, will be challenging
concerning commissioning/staffing the experiment and we may spend more
time to reach our goal.
Having a successful experiment with 14 days in may is (almost) obvious,
having a successful experiment with 14 days in fall is feasible but very
hard.

Between a) and c), I miss information to give my feeling. Are we
expecting some beam time (during MD) to commission the beam line and
possibly
have some electrons in the polarimeter (at least for few minutes)?
If yes option a) is better, if no we need option c) with at least 9 days
in may to make everything working,
polarisation measurement on electron and few (2 or 3) positron measurements.
Then Fall run for 5 days will only be to increase statistic and to do
remaining positron measurements.

Best regards,

Jean-sebastien.
