[PEPPo] Urgent request for information

Hi Joe,
I will be available for any time and will adjust my schedule accordingly. I think the constraint is mainly from people who are offsite, especially our French (and Italian!) collaborators. So I will support any option that will be best for them, whether I prefer/like it or not. I am flexible. Most of the prons/cons have already been addressed by Erica and Jean-Sebastien so rather than commenting on the three options, I suggest we make a schedule around their availabilities and make a plan based on that.

It is a positive thing in the sense that the hard work to install PEPPo and successfully defend the PAC proposal has put a legitimate foot in the door to request this time. It is bad, I believe, only in the sense that scheduling the experiment during 12MSD is logistically difficult. A short time ago I presented to the 12MSD team our beam and clock hour requirements, and now they are seeking to understand the pros and cons of when (not if!) our experiment is scheduled.

I realize this is short notice, but can you please take a moment to send me a brief note detailing your unavailability to participate in the experiment from May thru December of 2012. This can be teaching conflicts, unchangeable plans, terms of service/contact that expire, etc. Effectively, your availability to travel to JLAB for extended period of time and perform the experiment. In addition, please comment on any other pros/cons which you believe impact when the experiment might be performed.
