[PEPPo] Urgent request for information

I can be around for all options, I prefer option c since if stuff
don't work like : unexpected background or large systematic we miss
we can fix it during down. But 1 and 2 are good too.
How much more time could we get for option 2 ? If it is not much I
guess 1 is better for the French colleagues.
