[PEPPo] PEPPo Weekly Status Meeting (PAC Session) - June 22 @ 10 AM EST

Dear PEPPo Collaborator,

The PEPPo weekly status meeting will be Wednesday, June 22nd at 10 AM 
EST.  The local meeting room is ARC 428 and the call in number is 
757-269-6121.

The focus of this week's meeting our submission to PAC 38 - the deadline 
is Friday, July 1st.  While PEPPo is relatively small compared to most 
experiments at Jefferson Lab, a successful proposal ensures we acquire 
necessary accelerator clock hours to do PEPPo in a timely, efficient 
manner.  PAC writing responsibilities which do not interfere with time 
critical installation tasks take precedence until the proposal is 
submitted on July 1st.

_We propose the following strategy_:

*Tuesday, June 21 1200 EST* -  Next set of edits due to Larry 
(cardman at jlab.org).

*Wednesday, June 22 1000 EST* *(PEPPo meeting)* - Please be prepared to 
speak to your sections. Eric will lead discussion to determine what we 
can/cannot accomplish by July 1, we all agree on strategy and 
responsibilities.

*Friday,  June 24 1200 EST* - Rapid 48 hour turn-around edits due to 
Larry to compile/re-distribute for weekend reading/edits.

*Monday, June 27 TBD* - Special PEPPo meeting as needed for those with 
writing responsibilities.

*Wednesday, June 29 1000 EST* - Final draft ready for collaboration 
discussion.

*Friday, July 1* - PAC Proposal due
