Dear PEPPo Collaborator:

Thanks for the replies thus far.

I should have perhaps been more specific in the original e-mail.  In 
addition to your availability from *May 1 through July 1*, please 
indicate how much of that time you can *remain at JLAB*.

Example:  Person says they're * available * the entire period, but only 
has resources or schedule flexibility to remain a total of 2 weeks.

You see my point.
